I undertook a twelve-year research project in sexual de-conditioning, spiritual shamanic healing, sacred sexuality and womb healing. My findings were supported by my personal understanding of traumatisation and re-traumatisation, leading to sexual integration, love and pleasure; My journey has shown me the alchemy to move from trauma into love, healing and liberation, and living in healthy intimacy with myself and others.

I am currently working with bioenergetics, quantum energy and epigenetics to heal the blueprint of trauma at birth.

Teaching and recognition

My practice and methods include psycho-social-education and I teach the politics of trauma and Embodied Ethics from my studies and personal experience. My life mission is encouraging people to take an active role in their education towards recuperation in their healing process so they can stand strong in all aspects of their being.

My work and practice continues in the direction of the body and SE somatic experiencing trauma healing in my unique relational therapeutic approach. My love and grounded nature is directed towards supporting the integration of body, mind, heart and soul. I provide tools for reclaiming an authentic sense of identity, embodiment, grounding, intimacy, love and pleasure and regaining trust planting new roots.

My life work has given me a deep understanding of trauma healing towards the real embodiment of love and true essence that creates the alchemy of love in us all.

My practice is based at Unity Centre in Oslo, Norway and at The Open Door Clinic, in Sussex, England.

I offer private consultations one-on-one, online and customised residential treatments.

I am a registered SEP* Somatic Experiencing
Member of the SE Noweregian Asociation, SEAUK, SETI, CHTA, APPPAH and  I am part of the Ethics Comette at EASE Organisation.
