Learn how to navigate a seven day program to improve resilience and the capacity for healing wounds of attachment and trauma. This workshop has been designed to teach therapists how to incorporate advanced techniques that will foster Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) coherence. We will be working from the basis of Somatic Experiencing by bringing the SIBAM (sensation, image, behavior, affect, meaning) as the key element for creating the path for the process.
The advanced techniques combined in this workshop will include the Safe and Sound Protocol developed by Dr. Porges as well as Anthroposophical techniques for bringing meaning to the experience.
- Learn how to apply the SIBAM principles for defragmenting trauma.
- Learn how to use art and body based language as a tool for tracking the healing process during these seven days protocol.
- Learn how to utilize the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) from Dr. Porges and understand it’s implication on the ANS resilience when healing trauma.
