Golden, CO (USA)
with Peter Levine, PhD
Approved for 14 CE credits through Commonwealth Education Seminars. View available approved credits.
Prerequisite: Completion of SE Beginning II.
The Somatic Experiencing® Trauma Institute and Peter A Levine PhD are pleased to introduce a new style of class that compliments the specific subjects of the (post graduate) Master Classes. This inaugural workshop is about the vital practice of “presence,” connection and “holding space”. What does it mean to be present with your client (and with yourself)? How do you connect? How can you be vulnerable and authentically establish ones’ self as a committed partner in healing? In this regards, SE™ shares certain core aspects with Shamanism practices. Another major topic of this workshop is the intrinsic rhythms of an SE session.  In each session, you guide clients through the multiple phases of activation, pendulation, titration, release, orientation and settling. How can one know when a cycle has completed? How do you know when to rest, and when to move deeper, and then when to return to here-and-now orientation and review of the session?

**Price Reduced! Now only USD 700 for a member, USD 800 for a nonmember. Not yet a member or need to renew? Sign up or renew your membership today. We have reduced this fee in order to increase accessibility of this training to more of our SE Community – we hope to see you there at this unique opportunity to learn from Dr. Peter Levine!**
